pH/ORP and Conductivity Transmitters
Sensorex’s TX2000 pH/mV Transmitter and CX2000 Conductivity/Resis-tivity Transmitter monitor changes in
process ;uids for control in a range
of water, chemical, electronics, food
production, environmental, and
wastewater processing applications.
Both transmitters include two assignable isolated analog (0/4-20mA)
current outputs, two alarm/control
relays with an additional wash feature, and a universal 100-
240VAC power supply. The NEMA 4X/IP65 enclosures can be
wall mounted, installed in a panel, or pipe/handrail mounted.
An optional RS model o;ers features such as data display charts and trend graphics, a
real-time clock with logbook function, and customer de;ned ;ve-point calibration with
displayed calibration curve. The RS models are also equipped with one analog output and
serial RS-485 interface for MODBUS RTU or ASCII communications, interfacing to existing
plant SCADA or DCS control systems.
Indoor Air Quality
The AMI300 from E Instruments is a portable
IAQ monitor that can track carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, temperature, humidity, air ;ow,
and air velocity. The unit comes with di;eren-tial pressure modules and a speed tachometer.
It includes a large blue LCD display, IP54 dust
protection, min/max/hold/unit selection, ABS
shock-proof housing, and data storage with
Kanomax’s AES-1000 Particle Monitor is
designed for simpli;ed particulate monitoring in lower-risk areas such as the gowning
area of a cleanroom. The color-coded LED
display shows if particulates are at an acceptable level, and the monitor can be set
to trigger an audible alarm if particulates
exceed the desired level.
Multiple monitors can simultaneously
send data to a central location using the
provided software via an existing Ethernet
connection, and no pump or vacuum line is
necessary. A heating element within the unit
generates an updraft that draws ambient air
into the unit and through the laser path.
Trek Inc.’s Model 541A Electrostatic Voltmeter Series monitors ESD-sensitive
assembly and manufacturing
processes by providing accurate
of electrostatic surface voltage.
Model 541A-1 o;ers ±1kv DC or
peak AC, while Model 541A- 2 o;ers ±100V
DC or peak AC. The 541A Series is suitable for monitoring critical operations associated with
semiconductor, LCD, electronic assembly, and other processes where static charge accumulation may impact production.
The series’ DC-stable electrostatic ;eld chopper probe can be remotely located and positioned within process equipment. The LCD screen displays the measured voltage, positive
peak voltage, negative peak voltage value, and additional menu information.
Benchtop Particle Counter
The BT-610 Bench Top from Met One Instruments is a compact, battery-operated particle counter with six user selectable size channels (0.3 to 10.0), built-in printer, packaged in a
portable stainless steel case. A ;ow rate of 2.83 lpm (0.1 cfm)
is maintained with a volumetric ;ow control.
The BT-610 has a large size display, plus an audible
alarm and internal printer that work together to verify particulate levels. The unit is user programmable for two set
limits which trigger the alarm, screen ;ash, and print of the
alarm value. It is lightweight for portability and includes
a full feature set for desk top operation. Connectivity is
built-in for both digital and analog output. The BT-610 also
includes USB interface and a memory stick port.
