System, which includes an FRP panel that is ISO
Class 5-8 certified for cleanroom applications.
The Glasbord FSFM smooth panel includes a homogeneously applied Surfaseal
finish to create a surface that is sealed and
will not trap soil and bacteria. The biological and chemical resistance does not allow
bacterial growth and resists most chemical
and cleaning agents. Glasbord panels have

rigid, durable, non-toxic, non-corrosive,

The units are manufactured with mechanical or
electrical interlock systems allowing only one

Poly-Pro. They are available in standard and custom
sizes and configurations, and options include HEPA/ULPA
filtration systems, fire rated doors, exhausting units, ultraviolet
lighting, electro polishing, cart pass-thrus, and automatic doors.

A wide selection of facings and core materials allows the owner and design firm to customize
each area of the cleanroom to fit specific environmental conditions. Core materials include
polyurethane, aluminum honeycomb, and rockwool. Facing options include powder coated
steel, conductive painted steel, uPVC, PET, stainless steel, and high pressure laminate.
The Dycem anti-microbial edging system
has been developed with a smoother transition strip to assist the safe movement of
tra;c to and from the subfloor.
The dual extruded red band is an awareness indicator for clear demarcation. The
edging gives a 100% contact area with the
contamination control flooring. It is fitted
with a double-sided adhesive and can be
hot or cold welded and sealed.
Contamination control zones are manufactured with Biomaster (a silver antimicrobial), providing e;ective and lasting protection, which has been proven to reduce the
growth of harmful bacteria.
Viable Particle Counter
The Bio Trak Real-Time Viable Particle Counter from TSI utilizes
Laser Induced Fluorescence optical spectroscopy to analyze
each particle, resulting in real-time viable measurements.
Three instruments in one, the particle counter counts
and sizes particles, just as optical particle counters do. Each
particle is then individually analyzed for viability in real-time
using TSI’s three-parameter LIF viability detector. During this
step, cell metabolites fluoresce when excited by ultraviolet
light. The optically analyzed particles are then collected
onto a filter to enable identification. The device is intended
to cut down the delay between a contamination event and
a response, so that users will quickly know if product is at risk.
